About the show
A complete Dire Straits concert experience.
Formed in 2022 from an idea by the bassist, Local Heroes was created to reproduce the detail and character of Dire Straits as faithfully as possible. The show follows the band’s musical journey from the 1979 sound through to the final and iconic On the Night live production.
The set focuses on the songs that defined the Dire Straits discography and concerts, presented in a flexible 105-to-130-minute format that can be adapted to the needs of festivals, theatres, clubs and special events.
